Jingda firm is legally authorized by the Beijing judicial bureau to provide comprehensive legal services including IP services to multinational and Chinese clients. Jingda set up several offices such as Shanghai office, Hangzhou office, Jinan office and Shijiazhuang office. Kingdaunion Intellectual Property LLC, as an IP department of Jingda firm, focuses on intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, copyright, integrated circuit layout design, software registration, customs record of IP rights, trade secrete and unfair competition as well as related litigation, technology license and trade.
